My stay at the Sheraton Beach Resort was filled with ups and downs. On the positive side, the facilities were lovely, and I especially enjoyed the pool. The staff were generally friendly and worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant experience. However, my morning was marred by an unpleasant interaction with a particular waiter that overshadowed what should have been a delightful breakfast. Overall, while the place has amazing potential, there were these frustrating moments that I'm not sure I can overlook.
